Before the phone screen, Audro Asks you to fill out a PDF and do some simple tasks, testing your attention to detail. Phone Screen followed by a group interview. Essentially testing collaboration, asking questions, and how you think.
Initial interview consists of basic get to know your background question. Second interview is a case study submitted over word. Third interview is with a controller & 5-7 other applicants where you work as a team to complete case study.

Same experience as that one person, first interview went well and I was sent the benefits and a case study after. Second interview was a group case study and we all did it together. Said they would sent us offers in two business days, but I was rejected. Very frustrated now considering how excited all of this made me just to get my hopes up.
