Basic application , telephone interview, in person one on one interview. The atmosphere was very informal. Employer shared information as much as he did ask which was relaxing and refreshing.

The Training Coordinator called and performed a quick phone interview. He then scheduled a Skype interview for a few days later. From there, an offer was made through email, and training began the following week. The Training Coordinator is actually a good guy that is being highly under-utilized by the company. He provides excellent, one on one training, and teaches through example. He has the life experience to back up what he teaches.
