There is four interviews total: one 15 min phone call, two hour zoom meetings and a fourth meeting on zoom with 4 people. The last interview is based on the core values of the company and is used to see if the candidate is the best fit for the position.
Fair and thorough. Though, be prepared with some hard-hitting questions of your own if you want to get the full story from the company about the day-to-day realities. They are masterful at selling a dream and ignoring boots on the ground facts of life.

The interview was extensive. More questions and people to meet with than I would have thought for my position. They were very thorough and even checked numerous references. I was worried I would not get the job and was thrilled to receive an offer!
