Hiring and interview process was professional, thoughtful, and thorough. I was treated with respect for my knowledge, training, and experience. Questions are direct,. Receipt and request for information/licenses etc from the company was done so in the easiest way possible for me. Response time was expedient and updates in the process were offered without me having to reach out.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
All questions were relevant to the profession, necessary, straight forward, and expected. No surprises or 'tests".
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Advantage RN (Seattle, WA) in Jan 2015
Interview
Standard interview - speak to recruiter about your experience and what you are looking for and they put you in touch with the unit manager of that position. The contract is brief - 2 pages - and does not have much information on it but the company does not pay much attention to that anyway. They each have their own policies and procedures for travelers that the recruiters know nothing about. The manager said one thing but did another once the contract was signed.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What type of experience do you have in acute care?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Advantage RN (San Jose, CA)
Interview
The company itself does not interview for actual positions. The hospitals to which you are submitted do the interviewing. The interviews are usually simple and you already have the job, the manager just wants to discuss details and make sure you are as good a fit on the phone as you are on paper.
