4- Step interview with presentation as final interview.
1st: Meet with HR hiring
2nd: Meet with position supervisor
3rd: Meet with position supervisor & technical manager
4th: Presentation with people from several different departments
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Advantech (Irvine, CA) in June 2021
Interview
Overall, the interview process seemed very unorganized. The Hiring manager, did not know how to get the video call started and needed help from other employees. He did not ask many questions and seemed very unenthusiastic the whole time. It did not make me want to work there at all.
