They were professional in the interview, asked good questions and explained the position. I spoke with their head of HR, sales manager and one of the owners. THe first round interview was with head of HR and sales manager on a zoom call. The second interview was with head of HR and owner at the office.

Casual. Upper management are very nice. They know how to run a successful business. I casually sat down with them, talked about prior experience and the type of person that I am.
