Recently I had an interview at Advent Health Hospital in Hendersonville, NC, where I was applying for a pharmacy technician (CPhT) position in the pharmacy department there. I felt it was a very positive experience overall, in which I was interviewed. I met with a small, diverse team of people who work within the department, so it provided a wide scope from which to be interviewed. After the interview I was given the opportunity to tour the pharmacy dept, which I definitely enjoyed. I felt relaxed in the interview, and was able to have a positive experience in the interview process, yet the regardless of whether I got offered a position, I walked away feeling I had given it my all. I felt very excited at the prospect of working there. I am excited to share that I did get offered a position there, and I’m so excited to be officially starting my new job there in less than one week! I underwent a positive pre-boarding as well as onboarding process, everyone that worked with me was very supportive and helpful through the entire process. I feel that Advent Health seems to truly care about people, and their employees. It is a company that I look forward to working for. Excited to be starting my orientation soon!
