They apologize, set a new meeting time for direct call. Add additional interviewer. 10 minutes before this one they need to cancel again, via email. They noted "We will connect early next week if we still see a good fit" Pretty ridiculous after this back and forth. Would not want to work at a company with an HR team like this. I'm not sure how you keep an HR job at all gathering your company a reputation like this. If you bother scheduling a call after making someone take a test, etc. you follow through.
