AdviNow Medical interview questions

First there is a code test, then you talk to the hiring manager, then finally talk to VP. Code test in online take home assessment in React and Javascript. All interviews conducted over google meet. They lied about the salary in the job posting. They offer significantly less and are likely lying to attract engineers.

Straightforward interview process. Met with the CEO, then with the VP of Engineering. Was invited to take the home assessment. According to the following interview, I crushed it. All of my code was neat, worked with no errors/warnings, and my explanation & answers were everything the VP was looking for. So honestly, don’t know how or why I didn’t get the job. Guessing either someone was better or I didn’t fit into the leadership culture. Nonetheless, although I am confused and disappointed, it was a pleasant interview process.
