My interview experience with Advia Credit Union was very positive. The recruiter communicated consistently and used my preferred method of contact, which I really appreciated. The one-way video interview was a bit long, but it made sense as part of a thorough hiring process. Everything felt clear and transparent from start to finish, and I never felt out of the loop. I was thrilled to get a call the day after my final interview with a job offer!

Digital interview: nice that it was at my convenience but very impersonal . I was able to do the interview on my time, which was nice. Didn't like that I couldn't ask questions and that I wasn't able to speak to a live person, couldn't get a feel for the company and employees.
