AdviceOne Operations Associate interview questions

10 minute phone call. The person interviewing did not transition between questions well. This was probably the worst interview I have ever had. It was dry, rushed, and overall awkward. She spent more time and effort telling me there were many applicants than she spent asking the questions with some sort of enthusiasm. I felt like I was a burden by coming to this interview. Example Interviewer: “Tell me about your relevant experience” Me: Answered Interview: “Okay, name a professional experience you’re proud of” Me: answered Interviewer: “Okay, Where do you see yourself in five years?” This role was my first choice prior to interviewing out of the current opportunities I have available. I ended up accepting an offer elsewhere before hearing a response from Advice One for the second round interview.
