Advosy Energy interview questions

I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist and the lobby was very clean. I interviewed with the hiring manager and she was fun to talk to and answered all the questions I had about the company and solar in general. I thought it was a call center but she told me it was door to door. After looking back at the job description it did say canvassing door to door so I guess I should have read it more thoroughly! She asked questions about my past customer service and leadership experience and showed interest in my future career goals and how a career with Advosy could be mutually beneficial.

The company is about what you would expect in terms of a sales-centric door to door job. Lots of turnaround, meaning that the majority of the time in office is spent finding new talent to fill roles. The team seems nice enough, but the promises of quick riches, and upselling how glamorous the job is can be concerning. I would suggest those with no previous cold door to door experience do your research before jumping into the harsh world.
