Interview
I applied online and after couple of days was called for an initial skype interview and was followed by a Codility challenge, which was not so difficult. After that there was a technical interview with two of their tem members who asked plenty of technical questions about java, threading, postgres etc.
After their I was invited for an on-site interview with their technical leads in their office in Amsterdam. They did not ask much there just normal discussion about your working style like: how you tackle a problem, how you manage consensus in the team, how you criticize an idea etc. It’s fair to say they were more focused towards cultural, behavior fit rather than technical.
It was very strange that technical people were evaluating behavior and working style and finally they did not offer me and gave reason that your previous working background culture does not match with us.
However, recruiter was very nice lady. She was very cooperative to fix the interview dates and arrange travel and hotel.

Interview
I applied as a java developer (graduate program).
There were 5-6 rounds which consumed a lot of time (If you pass one round, then you'll be moved forward).
HR screen > introductory session with one senior dev (introduce yourself, why you're interested in Adyen) > Hackkerank > Code review with one tech lead and one senior > so on..
I failed at code review, they asked a lot of deep question to determine whether you really understand java.
It was good and well organized. First they gave an coding exam. Once I had finished it, next interview went around with my coding exam. Asked detailed questions about what I've dine with the exam etc.
