HR reached out via LinkedIn to arrange for first interview. Attended it and was informed that the role was filled after I checked in with them on the status after 2 weeks. 2 months later, the CDD/KYC team lead reached out again via LinkedIn to ask if I’m still interested in the role and arranged for another interview. Attended the interview again but was told by HR it was an internal communication breakdown between HR and CDD team. Does not provide a good first impression as even a simple interview arrangements can be messed up, resulting in confusion for everyone.
