Interview was fast and well conducted. HR reached out quickly and did a sense check, after which there was a case study to review, and further interviews with higher ups.

WAY too many rounds, interviews, tests and steps.
I don't think it's necessary to have so many rounds in this day and age.
I think it was a red flag from the beginning. Other companies don't put you through so many steps to land a job.
