Aecon interview questions

We did one preliminary interview before the Easter long weekend, then I didn't get an update for 2 weeks. They claimed someone from the hiring team was away, then I didn't hear back from anyone until May 15th. Saying they want to have a 2nd interview with me, I declined as they demonstrated that my time wasn't valuable and the disorganization of the whole recruitment process lets me know the company itself is unorganized.
