Aegis Aerospace interview questions

Met with management. Had a good conversation to get to know me. I felt like that process was more telling than answering questions about my resume. I would recommend this to anyone based off that. Interviewers were very open and happy to answer all my questions about how things are done and how the company is run.

The interview process was very laid back, and comfortable. My interview was a 4 panel interview. The panel consisted of one HR person, 1 technical person, the hiring manage, and the project manager for the project I would be working on.
