Hiring is not very tough. You need to have basic knowledge of computer. You mush have average command over English.

It is not very tough . I believe any one having a decent communication skill and little knowledge about computer with typing speed of 20wpm will crack the interview, it consists of 4 round, 1st round they will see your communication skill, at the 2nd round a little computer typing test,3rd round is a IO test ,the final one is HR round.
