      Healthcare Recruiter Interview

      25 July 2018
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Austin, TX
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Aequor (Austin, TX)

      Interview

There was a brief phone screen at first, which was mainly just going over the job details. I was then brought in for an in-person interview. I met with the VP and 2 other employees. Everyone was very nice and I got a good vibe from the company. The whole process seemed to be going really well, and at the end of the interview I was told I would "definitely" be hearing back within a couple days. They even asked if I would be able to put in my two weeks at my current job if I was given a job offer in those couple days, so overall I left feeling really good about the experience. Fast forward to 2 weeks later and I still had heard nothing from them. I even emailed the VP asking for an update, and received no answer. That left a really bad taste in my mouth, especially considering how friendly and positive the entire process had been up to that point. I do believe that they have a positive work culture and they are obviously successful, but after being completely ghosted, I would say to think carefully before applying here.
