Straightforward review process, meeting with a few managers in 1-on-1's and interesting discussions. No surprises or strange questions. Mostly a discussion of work history and details of the company and roles and responsibilities.

Question 1
Mostly questions about work history and relevant skills.
I applied online. I interviewed at Aero Systems Engineering (North St Paul, MN) in Jan 2020
Interview
Fine. 2 interviews with two managers, both respectful and friendly. Spoke with HR rep after both of them. Overall pretty low key. Adding more words here so that this gets posteed.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aero Systems Engineering in Sept 2013
Interview
I worked through a recruiter. The position had been posted for quite a while but going through the actual HR department didn't work out. I interviewed with a number of people within the department that I would work in. I also interviewed with cross functional individuals.
As the process continued, I went to lunch with a number of people in the department so they could get a better overall feel of me.
Overall the process met expectations. Nothing outside the norm and very professional.

I was asked to explain an instance where I needed to be tough and how I dealt with the people that were not performing. How do I handle this sort of situation.
