Un proceso de selección muy disfrutable. Te mantienen informados de todo lo que sucede y te dan feedback concreto y útil. Tuve 3 entrevistas, con 3 personas distintas y todas se pesesentaron sabiendo quien era yo por lo que no tuve que repetirme mucho. Me gustó mucho el proceso.

Interview
The process was very typical: first a general interview with the recruiter, then with the head of the area and finally the more specific and position related one.
Aerolab seems to be a very nice place to work, but I just didn't make it for this position this time :(
All the team was very nice and caring during the process, but also after it. Even when not getting the job, the recruiter took the time to give me very valuable feedback about the process and also why they didn't move on with me. You don't see that every day with recruiters.
