Interview
Was interviewed by the production manager and a senior technician. Met with manager first, he fielded very general questions related to my background. Senior technician asked more detailed questions, and asked me to demonstrate aptitude with test equipment by performing a calibration on a vector network analyzer, and other pieces of test equipment.

Sorry, it's been too long, I can't remember any details other than there were general questions related to electronics theory, i.e. Ohm's law math questions, a few basic circuit diagrams, etc.

Applied online and hr reached out to me to schedule an in person interview. At the interview I was asked mostly about my experience and resume. Everything was going well until they hit me with $21 hr pay rate LOL. I literally put what my desired pay was on their application and they did not care. Waste of time.
