The process began with a screening call with the Talent Manager, Dana Thompson. It was just your standard screening call. Next, I had a Teams call with the hiring manager. I received an email ahead of time letting me know this would be focusing on technical fit. I appreciated knowing what to expect. The final step in my process was an in person interview with the hiring manager and a principal. This time, I was told this would focus on cultural fit. Unfortunately, I wasn’t selected as they were looking for someone with more experience. However, Dana called me personally to let me know - which is just so rare these days! I really appreciated the personalized feedback and I have nothing but positive things to say about every person I encountered throughout the process! Hands down, one of the best interview processes I’ve experienced.
