Affinity Development Group interview questions

I went through the phone screening with the recruiter and passed that first part. Next, I had an interview with the Director whom I would be working under if given the position. They had said that I was a good candidate and was a top contender, but this is where the problem arises. There was one more round of interviews with the team members that I would be working with, and I was awaiting the call on whether or not I had made it to the next round. I sent a follow-up 3 times and received no feedback. I had even called the recruiter, but was left with no answer on the call. I understand that a lot of things can happen behind the scenes during the hiring process, but a little bit of communication would have been appreciated. In the end, I was ghosted from the position.
