Affinity Group interview questions

I had an interview for a role they were recruiting for which consisted of an interview with Affinity and then two interviews with a client along with an assessment. The assessment was supposed to take an hour but it too much longer than that and Affinity wanted me to get it done as soon as possible without regard for my schedule. They will make you feel like a Star candidate but as soon as the client went with a different direction, they completely shut me out with unclear feedback.
