I applied online. I interviewed at Affinity (Barcelona) in May 2026
Interview
The process was thorough but fair. Technical interview focused on data modeling and system design, a coding exercise, and a conversation with the VP of Engineering. It was collaborative rather than intimidating, more about how you think than gotcha questions. The recruiter was incredibly supportive throughout and genuinely advocated for me.

I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Affinity (Barcelona) in Jan 2026
Interview
Overall, the people were great and the process was quick and pleasant. Everyone I interacted with was professional and kind. Unfortunately, it felt like there was a disconnect on the technical side: the evaluation focused on technical aspects that didn’t seem directly related to the actual requirements of the role. It’s a shame, as this may cause strong candidates to be assessed on criteria that don’t fully reflect the position’s needs.

Technical Interview with HTML, CSS and JS cases that are not related to Webflow since Webflow solves them natively.
Applied in June, didn't get back to me until Mid-August. Very disorganised hiring team. By then I had forgotten even applying to Affinity. They responded with a no reply email which does not provide the opportunity to express disappointment in how unorganised their talent team are.
