My phone interview was rescheduled three times on the same day. Even though I gave the recruiter the courtesy of of my time, I was not given the same. The interview was rushed, and I was being talked over. The phone interview lasted under 15 mins.

The interview process was well-structured. I made it far, but they ended up going with another candidate. I was appreciative of a follow-up discussion on interview feedback. Not too many companies do that.

I appreciated the in-depth interview experience and transparency of all team members. I was notified every step of the way. It is a longer interview process but worth it to ensure that you understand the culture and job role at Affirm. So excited to start!
