Interview
Super organized, provided interview template to be able to review before hand which was helpful. Everyone was friendly and thorough. I appreciated the way the interview was set up and the communication was great.

Great experience with Interviewers, but my Recruiting Coordinator wasn't helpful. The Recruiting Coordinator did not follow up with me nor gave me an explanation as to why when they didn't show up for my Recruiter Wrap Up session. I waited for a good 10 minutes until the Interviewer I had that day hopped back on to tell me that the coordinator couldn't make it anymore.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Affirm (Columbus, OH) in Aug 2022
Interview
Applied through a referral link and received information to have phone screening interview.
After phone screening, I was informed that I'd be moving forward to next steps the same day. I never received the email that day and had to remind the recruiter to send email as informed.
Finally received next steps to interview with a Team Lead. I successfully interviewed with the lead which was a good experience. He informed I'd also be moving forward with next steps (Final Interview Panel) and if I didn't receive an email/contact within the next few days then reach out to recruiter(s). A few days had passed and no email regarding next steps received. I proceeded to send profressional emails following up regarding next steps for interview. However, I've been ghosted by both recruiters and still have failed to receive nexts step when the project hired date is approximately 2 weeks away.
