Interview
Screener with recruiter, interview with hiring manager, take home assignment, virtual offsite with 5 interviews. All took place within around 3 weeks. The interviews were behavioral/compentency based, and the recruiter gave very helpful advice on what to expect in each one. The whole process was extremely transparent and efficient.

Interview
The Affirm team made the interview process extremely transparent and efficient. Beginning with the first conversation with the recruiter through the final interview panel, the team kept me informed about next steps and prepared for the upcoming interviews. There were diverse, relevant questions and an opportunity for me to ask each interviewer a set of questions. I was extremely impressed with the efficiency and transparency of the process and very grateful to have had the support of the Affirm recruiting team throughout.

Situational and behavioral questions regarding past experiences in problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making that are directly related to the role. For example: "Tell us about a time when you had to deal with a difficult coworker. How did you handle the situation?"
Technical, subject-matter expertise focusing on industry-specific knowledge. For example: "How do you stay current with emerging trends in the BNPL landscape?"
