Interview
The process began with an interview conducted by an external recruiter, followed by a meeting with the VP of Human Resources. Next, I had an interview with the hiring manager for the department, and finally, a second conversation with the VP of HR.

They asked me how I would lead a global marketing strategy in a traditional industry while introducing digital tools and modern marketing approaches without overwhelming the organization.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Afimilk in July 2020
Interview
First interview was an HR interview where I was asked to talk about myself and about the projects that I did in my college.
Second interview was a technical interview with couple simple C# questions that includes knowledge in OOP and C# syntax.
Apparently they decides to move forward with other candidate, and didn't event bothered to let me know.

Standard interview process with multiple rounds of interviews. Focused around team/function you are applying for. The recruiter for the position handled the interaction with Afimilk and was responsive throughout the process.
