Interview
There were 2 interviews, Technical Interview and Interview with CTO. They respond quickly for the first interview but take about month for second interview. The HR is helpful and guides you on what to prepare with a sheet guiding you what the interviewrs expect of you. The technical interview is a panel interview on Skype and the questions asked were what do you know about Afiniti and some basic SQL definitions and concepts also expect a few basic questions from networking. The second interview with CTO is a short skype interview 5-10 minutes and you are required to introduce yourself and be ready to answer questions from your intro and what's on your CV.

Interview
Realizei uma entrevista via skype com o responsável de RH que ficava em Washington DC, EUA. Tudo ocorreu conforme previsto em uma entrevista. Fui perguntado sobre minhas experiências profissionais e acadêmicas e pude esclarecer algumas dúvidas também. No entanto, após uma semana, quando questionei se o processo ainda estava em aberto fui informado que o time do Brasil havia congelado a vaga por tempo indeterminado.
