Interview
I found the position posted online and submitted my resume directly to AFLAC. I received a phone screening, an interview with the hiring party and was offered the position. I was asked when I could start and offered the training for the position but I declined as the position turned out to be commission only.

Question 1
I was asked how my work ethic would help in my new business development and my growth with the company a the position is commission only.
The interview process began with a group interview, where the team first presented an overview of Aflac through a PowerPoint presentation. After that, I was invited to move forward to the first-round interview. Overall, the atmosphere felt very relaxed, welcoming, and enjoyable, which made the experience much more comfortable and left me with a positive impression of the company.
The first round of the interview process was to confirm whether we were interested in the position. The hiring manager called 4 people into a zoom call to tell us about the job and did not take any questions. The next round is an individual one-on-one interview about my background.
