I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Aflac (Covington, LA) in Feb 2017
Interview
The location I interviewed for was a group interview coordinated by an outside recruiter. The outside recruiter let it be known that he was a recruiter, but did not mention the fact about it being a group interview. Then it was less of an interview and more of a positional sales pitch which sounded very much like a pyramid scheme. At no point was there a way to back out until the end of the 90+ minute pitch.
One interview for summer internship. Recruiter was very nice and answered all my questions. It was an easy interview and not stressful. Be sure to come prepared with questions as well as your goals.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Aflac (Los Angeles, CA) in Aug 2024
Interview
The interview was conducted in a panel format and was well-organized. It is just for you to come and listen about Aflac, my session had over 20 people. No need of preparation just come prepare to take notes if you are interested.
