The interview process was done through a webinar. The interviewer went over everything aspect of the company and what the position would entail. She also let me know a little about her experience and position with the company.

The interviewing process was informative, formal business setting, business attire and questions were engaged. The interviewer shared information about Aflac's history, increased benefits and future proposals. We received forms to fill out and were asked to leave our resume's and any forms given on our desk upon leaving the interview if we wished to have a second interview for the available positions.
