Overall the interview was very casual. It was over the phone for me. It was a lot of explanation on what the job entails. Also they ask Why you want to work there and how your experience is relevant.
I applied online. I interviewed at Aflac (Culver City, CA) in June 2024
Interview
Applied through Linkedin and was contacted for an in-person interview which was then switched to Zoom, and then a final interview in person. The process was mostly smooth, I was no longer interested when I realized that it wasn't a role through Alfac, but instead a commission based insurance selling role. You also have to pay upfront to even get started since they wont pay you until you take an insurance exam (which they dont cover)
I applied online. I interviewed at Aflac (Rockville, MD)
Interview
Initial phone interview, followed with an in person meeting at Starbucks, then a group interview at the Rockville office. Very standard but almost too long of a process for the job only required you be able to cold call and talk a real estate exam.
