I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Aflac (Los Angeles, CA) in June 2015
Interview
Very good group presentation-the presenter described the role of a sales agent. He gave his life experience as a manager over the past 20 years. He gave realistic expectations to the group. He described the process to become an approved agent of the company. And he provided a short history of the company. I felt the interview process was fair and beneficial given my life circumstances.

Interview
I thought this was an excellent screening process. Questions were answered in detail. The job was fully explained. Nanette is funny, honest and was very open about what to expect. She also offered her phone number for follow up.
Super easy will get the job if you aren't dumb. Interview was virtually with the head guy at the department. Interview was maybe 10 minutes maximum. Don't be nervous by far the easiest interview I have ever done. The hardest part comes when you truly do the job
