I applied online. I interviewed at Aflac (Oahu Island) in June 2024
Interview
Met in person with the Regional Director, very nice guy. Interview was about an hour, they really do care for their community and protect worker paychecks if they have a major medical event.
It was a very odd process. They conduct their interviews in groups which I’ve never seen before. Honestly they seem desperate to me which I did not like. It is also all commissioned based with no salary. Very awkward to ask questions since it’s done in a group.
Met with district regional manager, in person interview, business professional attire. typical interview questions (i.e. strengths, weaknesses, how do you communicate with people, etc). Overall, not difficult and this was for an internship.
sat with multiple people going through the process. It was just the info session, but it was informative. invited to go through another round of interviews, but did not proceed.
