africapractice has a rigorous interview process. The written interviews are a great mind-jogger and it is important to be prepared. Overall the interviewers are generally friendly however the turn around time to communicate next steps takes long.

Fairly straightforward - one on one with HR, then panel with consultants, one on one with senior management. Most questions assess suitability for roles. Scenarios provided, seek how one would handle them.
