I went through 2 stages in the interview process. The first one was the phone interview then the in-person interview where I had to do a little activity about how you would go about resolving a client's certain problem.

After the online application process, I was invited for the physical interview. The interview was so bad, it was like I was interviewing for a networking role. The interviewer asked me nothing about the position I applied for & instead kept on drilling me with protocol questions.
