Behavioural and achievements questions that tailored to my cv . Also gave 2-3 examples that would show how I closed deals. I gave examples of how I generated leads and that led to actual results. I also mentioned how I worked with cross functional teams to prepare demo decks

Internal Recruiter never reached out after indicating interest with each other after following up with a note for over 3 weeks.
I don't think this is how candidates should be treated within industry common practice.
Do your own research and read other Glassdoor reviews of them.
