I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Aftermath Claim Science (Naperville, IL) in Aug 2011
Interview
Met with Supervisor who verified my resume' with me. After this, the Manager came in to continue interview. He asked me about my previous employers and why I had left some of them. His questions regarded my experience in data entry and phone calls and if I was one that gets nervous with an uncooperative provider.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Aftermath Claim Science (Naperville, IL)
Interview
I was originally called for the interview and then the interview was rescheduled. On the day of the rescheduled interview the main person who was supposed to interview me was not in the office so a three member team was hastily put together by the receptionist who escorted me to a dark conference room. There the 3 person team started interviewing me and it was very obvious when I questioned back they had no authority to give any answers. From their answers I felt that it was a one man show and a small company of about 50-70 employees and their business model was very shady. They indicated that there was a developer who was let go and a manager or lead person also quit with a huff creating a ruckus in the office
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked me whether I could work evenings, weekends or on holidays and when I asked them whether I would get paid for that they looked at each other as if "This guy wants to get paid for the Overtime work" They said no
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Aftermath Claim Science (Naperville, IL) in Mar 2012
Interview
After applying online received a call and scheduled interview to meet with department manager who never showed up. I was not informed of this prior to the interview. Met with a team lead who appeared to have little or no interviewing skills. My time is valuable also If I had been informed that the manager would not be present I would have cancelled this interview and not wasted my time. Very small office and appeared to have no DIVERSITY which also threw up a RED flag.
