Afterschool Alliance interview questions

Sent in my resume and cover letter and got a request for an interview in the next day or two. The in-person interview took about 45 min. It was me and two interviewers. I think the interviewers only scheduled 30 minutes for it because one of the interviewers kept checking their phone as the interview progressed and actually appeared doing work on their phone as the interview went past the 30 min mark. Despite that, the interview was very pleasant. Both employees were courteous and the conversation between all three of us flowed really nicely. Both interviewers clearly cared about the work they did and the impact they made at the company. After they interviewed me, I asked them several questions about the company, their own work, and specifics about the position I was interviewing for. I don't think they expected me to be interviewing them because they were clearly surprised by my questions. The interviewer that was already on their phone seemed annoyed, not only by my questions, but also because I found out the next person they were interviewing was waiting.

The position was posted on idealist.org and I just emailed my resume and cover letter. I was contacted a few days later for an interview. I sat down with two associates (my superiors) in the communications department. They asked the standard set of questions about my background and previous work experiences. They didn't ask any difficult or tricky questions, which partly made me wonder how hard it would be to get a job there, since it seems like you would want to see how candidates can handle tough questions. I didn't even have to answer any questions about my knowledge of the field. The office overall seemed pretty relaxed and casual.
