It was pretty easy. It was a phone interview first with HR. After that they decide if they want to schedule you for a face to face interview. Within a day I was notified for a face to face. I went in, they let me listen to calls with a rep on the floor for about 20 minutes and ask questions. I was then taken back to answer any questions I had and to give me more information about what class I would be in and what the schedule would be. I would then receive a letter in the mail if I was hired letting me know when to come in for training.

Question 1
Their questions were pretty expected. The only question that I wasn't asked before since I worked in both retail and a call center before was which did I prefer more and why.
easy and straight to the point. trainers were supportive through training. Called tow drivers for stranded people. The work was too repetive for me and nothing was ever solved for the people, needs some better structure.

it was very easy and it lasted 30 minutes. it was like talking to one of your friends. it was straight to the point and not dragged out. only one interview was neccessary to move to the next step.
The interview was very detailed and specific and the interviewer was very clear, direct, and helpful. She answered all my questions and explained the next steps to come in the process.
