Phone interview went very well, didn't quite know what to expect of the face to face interview. At the face to face I sat with a Customer Service Rep and listened to 5 calls. Then the interviewer took me into her office. She asked the same questions as the phone interview. I thought that was kind of redundant.

What is the difference between empathy and sympathy?
easy and straight to the point. trainers were supportive through training. Called tow drivers for stranded people. The work was too repetive for me and nothing was ever solved for the people, needs some better structure.

what makes you a good fit? tell us about your prevois work experiences?
it was very easy and it lasted 30 minutes. it was like talking to one of your friends. it was straight to the point and not dragged out. only one interview was neccessary to move to the next step.
The interview was very detailed and specific and the interviewer was very clear, direct, and helpful. She answered all my questions and explained the next steps to come in the process.
