Aggregate Intelligence interview questions

R1 – Aptitude & Verbal Test: Focused on logical reasoning, quantitative ability, data interpretation, and English grammar/comprehension to test analytical and communication skills. R2 – Group Discussion: Candidates discussed a trending/social/technical topic. They were evaluated on communication, confidence, clarity of thoughts, teamwork, and leadership qualities. R3 – Technical + HR Round: Technical panel asked about projects, core subjects, coding/programming skills, database concepts, and problem-solving approaches. HR evaluated adaptability, teamwork, attitude, and overall personality. R4 – Final HR Interview: Focused on cultural fit, long-term career goals, strengths, weaknesses, relocation flexibility, salary expectations, and overall communication skills before making the final selection decision.
