Agile IT interview questions

You meet about 6 different people but luckily the interview process only takes a few days. You meet the CEO also which can be a bit daunting. Overall it can be intense but once you are through it’s over.

As other commentators have noted, the process consists of: 1) A silly and totally irrelevant "aptitude" test which was nothing more than a series of questions that one might expect to find on an SAT/IQ test. You probably won't be able to answer all of the questions, but it's not terribly difficult. Also, a "personality inventory" - you know, the kind that has you rate how you feel about certain things. Very impersonal, and should have raised immediate red flags 2) Even sillier chance to try to act personable talking to your webcam. Again, extremely impersonal. 3) Short phone interview with the CEO - first normal portion of the interview process. The CEO is a no-nonsense, very sharp guy who at times comes across as abrasive and aloof. 4) On-site interview, very vague and felt disjointed. Had interviewers pop in and out of the conference room seemingly at random. People there had no reason to be there, as they had no technical knowledge, nor questions for me. Did a bit of whiteboarding - be sure to be over-the-top detailed, though they will surely find some other fault when determining your rate of pay.
