There was not an established process. There was no first interview with HR, it was straight technical interview. Technical questions about robotics and python. I was also asked about background and its relationship with the position.

I only had the first stage of the interview. The interviewer was 20 minutes late, read out very plain questions, and took notes on my answers. I haven’t heard back from them since.
