I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at AgileEngine (Ciudad de Mexico) in Jan 2023
Interview
Beware!!! If you are postulating for an administrative job at Agile Engine you will need to invest a lot of time I was asked to • 2 screeners with the recruiter • 2 1-hr “technical” interviews • Record a video answering questions • Perform a written test Pros: The interviews were really challenging, the questions and the scenarios really helped me to prepare for other interviews. During the process, the recruiter was helpful, he answered all my doubts and kept me posted on the next steps Cons: After completing the whole process (+10 hours), like most companies, the feedback I received was generic email saying, “Unfortunately, we won't be able to continue with your process…they're looking for someone with a deeper experience”. I asked for more feedback and now they treat me as ghost, they ignore my emails and phone. This is terrible, after spending so much time on their process; they simply do not care if you are not selected. They change the timeline of the recruitment process on the fly; I was told there was one final step, an interview with their CEO, then they scheduled another technical interview instead.

Question 1
What would you do if you have 2 initiatives (equal value to the business and equal effort from the development team) sponsored by a different Vice President. How will you decide which one you should work on first?
I applied online. I interviewed at AgileEngine (Kyiv, Kyiv) in June 2017
Interview
The interview with their manager went well. There was a slight scheduling issue due to our time zone differences, but was very quickly resolved by their HR manager before it became a problem. The interview itself was filled with questions that were relevant to my field over the course of an hour. He comfortably mixed the interview with technical questions so it flowed almost as though we were just two colleagues having a friendly chat about the industry and how we would respond to various challenges. At the end, I was offered to do a small test project. After completion of the project, the managers gave me honest feedback and I was offered a position.
