Interview process was clear and well structured. Initial meeting with CFO via MS Teams to understand my previous experience and CV history but also to better understand my working style. Second interview with CEO face to face in the office, again to understand my previous experience and work preferences but also to test my commercial acumen and analytical capabilities. Third & final stage was again with the CEO in the office and asked to review a business case and provide thoughts and feedback on the commercial viability of an opportunity. Feedback via recruitment agent was received soon after each stage and detailed which was much appreciated. Offer was made after a short period and some negotiation via the Agent.
