I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Agropur
Interview
3 rounds, all online. They require that you work "in office" half the days of the week. I asked multiple times to visit the Eden Prairie office, as that was the posting I had applied for. Well, no one even remotely related to the position works there - so, of course, they wouldn't invite me to see the building I'd be required to work in. Honestly, everything else seemed really awesome about this company, but that was enough of a ding to steer clear. If 100% of the job is remote, post it as remote!
